TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using SSuF (Start-up Forum), the end-user agrees to our terms and conditions.

1.These terms and conditions may be changed or updated from time to time by us and will have immediate effect. Please update yourself each time you use SSuF forums.

2. SSuF is open to public at anytime. But the purpose of usage must not be in such a way that it will flout the law or cause loss to anyone or violate anyone's rights such as copyright infringement and defamation, and laws concerning the publication of unlawful materials. End-users must not impersonate anyone or post false messages. Do not use SSuF to spam. If End-user causes us to SSuFfer any kind of claims, loss, damage or legal costs, the same end-user must compensate us for such claims, loss, damage and legal costs (on an indemnity basis).

3. SSuF enables you to post your thoughts, messages, pictures as well as other materials. Unless we specificly state so, we do not monitor, interfere with, edit or modify the materials you post on SSuF’s forums. Our main objective for setting up SSuF is to encourage an exchange of views and tips amongst hopeful entrepreneurs, businessmen and so on freely. However, if someone objects to the materials you post for whatever reason, we have the right take the materials down.

4. The materials you post in SSuF must be owned by you. This means you must be the intellectual property rights (IPR) owner of the materials. By posting them up on SSuF, you irrevocably grant us permission to reproduce them in any medium. We also have the right to modify the materials you post on SSuF in our ways.

5. Usage of SSuF is free. But you may be charged by your mobile, Internet, or other service providers for using their services.

6. You agree that we may collect information about you. Any information collected may be disclosed to the authorities or to the courts or the sponsor(s) of the contest you have participated in, used to update you on any of our business associates' and/or partners' promotions, contests and sales, to collect amounts due from you or to compile statistics.

7. If you object or feel offended to any content on SSuF, you may inform us and tell us exactly what is bothering you. If you don't, then we may take it that you permit us to leave SSuF as it is. If you contact us with your complaint, you acknowledge that we may or may not take action to make the changes as we see deem fit.

8. SSuF is a medium for exchanging information lawfully and freely. Usage of SSuF by end-users is by their own risk. SSuF will not be responsible for any claims, loss, damage, and legal costs that you may SSuFfer because of your use of SSuF forums.

9. Users agree that the Singapore law governs our agreement. End-Users also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10.SSuF is a website/forum with content. There may be interactivity. SSuF does not warrant nor agree that SSuF or its end-users will provide accurate information, be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose, or be free from any programming defects or malicious codes. All implied and statutory warranties are excluded. We will not be responsible for any loss that results from the use of SSuF.

11. We assert ownership of IPR (like copyright and trade marks) over SSuF generally. However, there may be third party IPRs that does not belong to us. Please obtain permission from the respective IPR owners before downloading or reproducing any materials from SSuF forums.

12. SSuF will not be responsible for any loss, damage or personal harm directly or indirectly inflicted on the end-user in any possible way.

13. We reserve the rights to ban, delete or modify any improper content inclusive of usernames, possible spamming, flaming and so on.

Privacy Statement and Account Management

1. On registration, you must provide SSuF with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information. SSuF may or may not use any of the information you provide to us.

2. Each registration is for a single user only. On registration, you will choose a user name and password. SSuF does not allow sharing of user accounts or access through a single ID being made available to multiple users on a network. SSuF has the right to cancel or suspend your access to the forums/website if you violate this rule without any warning.

3. You are responsible for all usage of the SSuF website made by you or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorised use of your ID. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID or any payment information, you must notify us at SSuF@live.com.

4. If you provide SSuF with an email address that will result in any messages being sent to you via a network or device operated or owned by a third party (e.g. your employer or college) then you warrant that you are entitled to receive those messages. You also agree that SSuF may send messages to you without notifying you, whether you have subscribed to receive them or not even when we receive a request from a third party to stop sending messages to you.

5. We may not sell any end-users’ personal information.
