Anyone interested in outbound tourism?

I'm a young entrepreneur from Nepal, involved in tourism. Nepal is a great tourist destination, and has been listed as one of the top 10 destinations by various bodies like BBC and Lonely Planet. We're looking at the Singaporean market, and need partners who can sell travel packages to Singaporeans to visit Nepal.

My plans so far......

Set up a contact point / person in Singapore who can market Nepal vacation packages. Nepal is good for adventure sports like bungy jumping (second highest in the world), white water rafting, para gliding, off road mountain biking and trekking. For more sedentary activities, we have a lot of ancient cultural sites and jungle safaris. We can work out several packages of various durations targeting specific niches for adventure or more relaxed holidays. I personally feel these two niches - young adventure seekers and older leisure seekers - are good market segments. But if you have better ideas, I'm very much open to hearing them. In this regard, I'm looking for a partner who has sound marketing principles in theory as well as implementation / execution.

Once we design packages, we start marketing the packages and make groups of 8-10 people. You take responsibility up till the Singapore airport, I'll take responsibility from Nepal airport onwards. So according to the clients' requirements, I make sure they have a great time in Nepal for the duration of the stay.

There are a lot of logistics involved, which we need to discuss in greater detail. These I will share if you are seriously interested.

Why will it work? From what I know about Singapore, its a man made wonder. Its a great place, but everything is artificial. Nepal is the exact opposite. Our strength lies in our natural beauty and natural activities, which is a welcome change from everyday life in Singapore. Just imagine, from almost all the tourist places, you have magnificent views of the mighty Himalayas, a truly awe inspiring sight.

That's the basic plan. Like I said, we need to fill in a lot of blanks, but I have answers for most of them. From my point of view, there are two things we need to succeed. First is a good marketer in Singapore who can get results. Second is the trust factor between two of us, which could be a bit complicated, but again very much workable.
