Cybercafe for sale

Dear all,

I have a cybercafe for takeover, in a good location and with a reasonable customer base and human traffic. The rental is very cheap for its location and it will be impossible to get it now (but it is fixed due to the lease agreement). As I have been running it for more than a year and I'm also studying in a university (a degree which requires lots of work, too), I'd like a short break before perhaps doing something else later on (the money is fine but I'd like to take some time off since I can afford to live on my savings a while).
