Hello everyone,
To aid in finding business partners, we can post out personality profile / business personality types here and link in from other posts.
Knowing what personality potential business partners have is essential. No team can consist of all idea generators and people who follow through on that idea. Nor can a team have all workers, and specialist, without the idea generators.
The format for your posts should be:
[Name of personality survey] : [Your Personality types]
Example:
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) : ISFP
HOTS survey : Hare / Turtle
Of course you can include some spare notes about yourself as well. Please try not to 'reply' to these posts as they are used more like a 'gallery'.
If you want to contact anyone, please PM them via SSuF personal messaging system.

Here is my personality profile:
MBTI : INTJ (Take this test here)
DISC : pure 'S' (this was a long time ago)
HOTS survey : Hare / Turtle
I took a survey called Harrison Inner View Profile. I above average in almost all the traits. Traits such as open-mindedness, diplomatic, influencing, self-motivated. So I am a bit of a chameleon; can work with most other personalities, and can fit into most roles. My most dominant traits would be optimism and self-esteem (acceptance of who I am, yet at the same time want to improve myself). I do have weaknesses, I am a slow plus non-detailed worker, and I am not very well organised.
I also read in a book by Adam Khoo, in a business, you can be one of four types: Leader, Manager, Specialist, Dealmaker. Pretty simple to see who is who. Leaders are idea creators, managers are the organizers putting ideas into form, specialists can be the lawyers or IT experts, and dealmakers are the sales people.
In summary, I am more of a leader type person. I have lots of ideas, and I love creation. Almost any kind of creation appeals to me, be it building business, or a piece of art. I am the idea generator in the team as well, complementing my leader personality. I will allow others to lead who I think have better leadership capabilities than me.
I am poorest as a manager. I can organise myself, but it will not last for very long. I can start an idea, but have difficulty following through. As an old Chinese saying "Have head, no tail".
I have certain specialised knowledge. Like IT knowledge. I am the kind of person who can bridge the gap between a business person and an IT person. This is due to my course of study.
I am not a good face to face sales person. I am introverted and cannot thing that quickly on the spot. I am a slow mover, thinking more long term and strategically.
Because of my desire not to be 'rated' into a personality type, I have done many things that are oppose my native personality. As such, although I am introverted, I am well trained and practiced in public speaking. I still do not have the gift of the gap, but I have studied writing copy (writing ads) instead.
Considering left and right brain, I was born probably left brained, but forced myself to try right brain activities. As such I am something of in between right and left brain. I can generate ideas, and can and see the pitfalls of the idea quickly, probably too quickly.
There you have it. I am a more balanced person, above average in most traits except for my weaknesses, like being slow, and not detailed.
This is what I can offer to you, as a team member. I am looking for people who can complement me by being strong where I am weak.

Here is my Score
MBTI : ENTJ
Extraverted | Intuitive | Thinking | Judging | Strength of the preferences % | 33 | 25 | 25 | 22 |
You are:
- moderately expressed extravert
- moderately expressed intuitive personality
- moderately expressed thinking personality
- slightly expressed judging personality
HOTS Survey : Squirrel
APPROACH: Methodical/Practical
DESCRIPTION: The Squirrel, more interested in protecting the system than being in the meeting, follows-up on team objectives, and implements ideas and solutions. They focus on ensuring the implementation process runs in an orderly manner, and achieving high quality outcomes. Squirrels prefer proven, familiar ideas over the novel and untried. They pay attention to details, and see that plans follow an orderly process. The Squirrel is comfortable being methodical. They tend to be cautious in trying out a new approach, and prefer to think things over carefully before acting.
CONTRIBUTION: The details. Spotting easily overlooked problems before they occur, and minimizing inefficiencies and errors during implementation.
WEAKNESESS: If working without clear and focused objectives or guidelines, the Squirrel may lose sight of the goal and pursue irrelevant strategies.
INSTINCT: To finish what they start, and do things right.

Here's mine. Quite reflective consider the posts I have made earlier.
ENTJ
"I don't care to sit by the window on an airplane. If I can't control it, why look?" ENTJs have a natural tendency to marshall and direct. This may be expressed with the charm and finesse of a world leader or with the insensitivity of a cult leader. The ENTJ requires little encouragement to make a plan. One ENTJ put it this way... "I make these little plans that really don't have any importance to anyone else, and then feel compelled to carry them out." While "compelled" may not describe ENTJs as a group, nevertheless the bent to plan creatively and to make those plans reality is a common theme for NJ types.
ENTJs are often "larger than life" in describing their projects or proposals. This ability may be expressed as salesmanship, story-telling facility or stand-up comedy. In combination with the natural propensity for filibuster, our hero can make it very difficult for the customer to decline.
TRADEMARK: -- "I'm really sorry you have to die." (I realize this is an overstatement. However, most Fs and other gentle souls usually chuckle knowingly at this description.)
ENTJs are decisive. They see what needs to be done, and frequently assign roles to their fellows. Few other types can equal their ability to remain resolute in conflict, sending the valiant (and often leading the charge) into the mouth of hell. When challenged, the ENTJ may by reflex become argumentative. Alternatively (s)he may unleash an icy gaze that serves notice: the ENTJ is not one to be trifled with.
HARE/OWL
APPROACH: Conceptual/Spontaneous/Practical DEscriptION: The Hare/Owl is an idea generator who is also a true entrepreneur. They are good at exploring alternatives and concepts, and they are also more comfortable with an insightful plan. The Hare/Owl is able to generate ideas and develop a plan, based on past experience,to promote those ideas successfully. The Hare/Owl derives satisfaction from identifying good ideas and developing solutions and strategies to overcome obstacles to implementation. They enjoy working on multiple tasks and like to be involved with the creation and advancement of ideas. When everything is in its place, the Hare/Owl may get impatient, ready for the next challenge. CONTRIBUTION: Development of new concepts and ideas that can be advanced within a known process or structure. WEAKNESESS: The Hare/Owl may become frustrated with the details of an orderly implementation plan, and may pay little attention to the danger signs and barriers associated with implementation. INSTINCT: Creating new ideas and advancing them in pursuit of team objectives.

HOTS survey : Turtle
APPROACH: Conceptual/Methodical
DESCRIPTION: The Turtle challenges concepts under discussion. Believing that consequences matter, the Turtle will want to plan how new endeavors are implemented and prepare for surprises. They like to create order from chaos, by improving the process by which ideas are implemented. The Turtle may play "devil's advocate" to test the soundness of an idea and try to improve it.
They prefer order, and are comfortable being methodical. They derive satisfaction from the mental exercise of the debate, and may lead others to examine the merits of an idea, using a systematic process in generating and exploring ideas.
CONTRIBUTION: Making sure that the concept is thought through, and examining how it can be improved and implemented.
WEAKNESESS: If allowed to control the group or the process, the Turtle may lead the team toward choosing low-risk ideas, filtering out ideas that may have greater risks, but also bigger payoffs.
INSTINCT: Prediction of the problems caused by new or unique ideas; improving ideas before implementation.
Your Type is ENFP Extraverted :33 Intuitive :12 Feeling :62 Perceiving :11
moderately expressed extravert
slightly expressed intuitive personality
distinctively expressed feeling personality
slightly expressed perceiving personality
