FOR ACTIVE BUSINESS PARTNERS & POTENTIAL INVESTORS IN A LUCRATIVE TRADE/BIZ
IN A GAMING INDUSTRY (Retail & Services) OPPORTUNITY.

I have an existing operation on an online e-commerce site that deals with
console games/accessories and hardware. I have sought out a strong marketing
positioning and USP by innovating and replicating a similar business model in
the U.S and European markets. And I have found a great lease location to embark
on a physical store of which window of opportunity is very small due to the
recovering market conditions.

Due to the lack of funding and brain-power, I cannot embark on this adventure by
myself (it would be boring too).

Like all business ventures , there are risks involvement , especially in Singapore
where market is small and saturated (due to our well-connected position). Not
all similar business models that works elsewhere will work in Singapore due to
economic of scale , legal issues. But with careful planning and risk mitigation,
I believe one’s business can reduce the chances of failure as possible.

Some background of the Venture:

Looking for an working partners or investor who is willing to invest $2000 to
$30000 in this business venture.
I believe too many brains/hands will actually hamper growth especially during the
initial startup.

So an ideal number of 3 partners is best (at least easier to take a vote)

An conservative physical store startup would take up to 60k with a break-even
point at 12-16 months.

I have a ready business proposal to show those who are interested in this
business venture and have stated the capital requirements for this business
venture.
