SUCCESSFUL COPYWRITING ADS: What's in them that SELLS and bring RESULTS????

I have noticed that several business owners have copywriting ads or
trying to produe a WINNING ad that are SELLABLE and bring in the
RESULTS..

At the same, I have noticed that most of them merely state these (or in this format) in the ads:

"We are ABC company, dealing with XYZ products & services to serve you better..

We are in the market for XXX years and have many satisfied customers..
Our products are:
1. defghij..
2. klmnopq..
3. rstuvw..

Do check us out at our website- www.ABC.com or call us @ 1234567890..
We are pleased to serve you..."

I wonder if there will be responses and if it will bring RESULTS for the business..

Please share what's your views on this and how to turn the usual Copywriting Ads to Sellable Copywriting Ads..

Let me start then..

Sellable copywriting ads work because there is a strategy behind them..
It is NOT how funny, well written or colorful the ads ads..

Imagine you whipped up a delicious meal and your dinner guests are hungry..
They DON'T really care what kind of plates you are using..

In short the main rationale of the strategy is:
If your MESSAGE and OFFER appeals to your INTENDED audience, it hardly matters how you write it and how you present it..

Conversely if this rationale is wrong, the best penmanship with the best graphic design layout won't sell much for you..
